User Agreement

1. Use of the Service

VoiceResume allows you to create, edit, and download resumes using audio, text, and file inputs. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement or our Privacy Policy. Examples of violations include:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Using the Service to harm others or violate applicable laws.

If your account is suspended, you may contact support to appeal the decision.

3. Service Updates and Downtime

• Regular Updates: We may update the Service weekly on Sundays (UTC time) with a maximum downtime of 2 hours. Updates are not guaranteed to occur every week or to last the full 2 hours.
• Critical Updates: In the event of critical issues affecting the Service, we may perform unscheduled updates, which may cause temporary downtime.
• Credit Restoration: If you lose credits due to downtime, contact support. Upon validation, we will restore your lost credits.

4. Pricing and Plans

We offer four plans: Free, Basic, Professional, and Expert. The Free plan provides access to all paid features but is limited to one resume and 5 minutes of audio input. The Basic, Professional, and Expert plans are available on monthly or annual subscriptions, each with varying limits and features as detailed on our website.

• Upgrade:
  • Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated subscription fees calculated and displayed before the change.
  • Quotas are updated to the new plan’s limits. We recommend using your existing quotas before upgrading.
• Downgrade:
  • If you downgrade before the middle of the month, you’ll retain access to the higher-tier plan until the end of your current subscription period, after which the downgrade takes effect.
  • If you downgrade after the middle of the month, the change occurs immediately.
  • Downgrading is free, and quotas adjust to the new plan’s limits.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time and continue using your paid plan until the subscription period expires.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through a third-party provider. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected plan’s fees.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g., audio, text, files). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We own all rights to the Service and its underlying technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or credits, except as required by law.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Tajikistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Please note that refunds are not automatically granted and may be subject to review based on factors such as service usage and technical issues.
